I just spotted this interesting article about racecar driver Alex Tagliani and thought I'd share it with you. Tagliani has life threatening allergies to peanuts and nuts. He was in yesterday's Indianapolis 500 and has partnered up with Le Petite Bretonne to produce peanut-free cookies, called Tag on the Go, in a peanut-free, nut-free facility. The first flavors being produced are chocolate chip and oatmeal, and oatmeal. The cookies currently are sold in Canada--where Tagliani hails from--but will soon be sold in the U.S. Can't wait!!
