Good Overview of Label Reading for non-Allergic

The article is about a few of the challenges faced by those with food allergies. In particular, Mr. Lempert reviews label reading and briefly touches upon eating out. I think it is a good article for individuals who do not live with food allergies and is the sort of article that helps increase general food allergy awareness--something we in the food allergy community really need.
